Our company is not a management company. If you need assistance hosting guests while you are out of town, we offer an answering service. We can also assist with minor repairs and maintenance.
We do the following:
- From 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, answer guest calls
- After hours, respond to guests’ emails
- Instruct guests how to arrive
- An introductory email should be sent
- Post-stay review request
- Assist guests with local knowledge
- Assistance with check-in by phone (if necessary)
- Provide instructions and times for checking out
- Please inform the owner of any maintenance issues or concerns from guests
- Upon payment and authorization for a service call, travel on the property to assist the guest.
- Maintaining and repairing minor equipment
Does the service require a long-term contract or time commitment?
There are no penalties for canceling service. Neither a contract nor a predetermined number of appointments is required of you. While we require a signed agreement for pricing and billing, cancellation is always possible.
Can outside vendors and contractors meet with you? I don’t live in the city.
I can arrange to meet with a cable guy, a contractor for an estimate, the power company, the water company, a locksmith, a vendor for outside maintenance, etc., for a rate of $25 / hour. This service is offered after 6 pm for $45 an hour.
What is your experience with cleaning homes?
With over eight years of experience working with vacation homes, we understand the needs of our clients. The Airbnb boom has provided opportunities for us to service vacation homes since they were niche investments for homeowners and will continue to do so in the future.
Are cleaning supplies provided by you?
Yes. We provide everything you need to clean your home for free. We use our own cleaning supplies to clean vacation rentals. We make sure that rental properties do not cross-contaminate each other. There is a charge for guest supplies in addition to your cleaning fee, and prices for supplies for guests vary based on the size of your home. Additional items include welcome packs and thank you notes.
Can I book a cleaning before someone comes to my house?
A representative does always does a walkthrough of your home before any appointments are booked virtually. We can provide a quote for your vacation rental home without visiting it. In that case, we recommend scheduling a walkthrough appointment of your home so that we can determine what you need to make the guest experience memorable, thus leading to more rental income and less hassle for you!
Is the same person going to clean my house every time?
Our team tries to remain in your home as frequently as possible during the clean. We sometimes have to change the cleaner schedule to accommodate the scheduling needs of all owners, but we do our very best to accommodate your schedule. We will do a very thorough job on your property no matter who comes to it.
On my scheduled cleaning day, how will you enter my home?
Vacation homes typically have keyless entry systems. To gain access to your property, we ask that you provide us with a code before our first visit. This information is kept safe and secure.
Do you offer a refund if the cleaning isn’t satisfactory?
We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction. Our service is guaranteed. Any other unsatisfactory service must be reported at check-in. When the guest arrives in the evening, or the next morning if they are arriving late, any major problems will be addressed at check-in. Guests often complain about

- Compensation or extras
- Free accommodation. When you check-in, please notify us.
The complaint cannot be verified after check-in, and a housekeeper/inspector cannot be dispatched without incurring additional costs. On the follow-up appointment, we will focus on only the problem areas, not the entire house.
